Prices include linen (bed sheets, pillowcases, hand and bath towels, tea towels), electricity (except November to March, when it is charged at cost), and water.
We are happy to negotiate prices for long winter lets, for house hunting.
We ask for a security deposit of 100 Euros, payable in cash on arrival, and refundable at the end of your stay following a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required on booking, with the balance
